Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (14‑day cooling‑off period)

You have the right to cancel your order and return clothing items within 14 calendar days after you receive the goods, without giving any reasonEUR‑Lex. To exercise this right, please send a clear notice by email to [email protected]. You may use the official EU model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

2. Return conditions

Items must meet all requirements:

• Clothes are unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached.
• Goods must be returned in suitable packaging.
• You may inspect the items as you would in a physical store, but excessive handling that reduces item value may lead to value deduction.
• Exclusion: Customised / personalised clothing cannot be returned under the 14‑day withdrawal right.

3. Who pays return shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We do not cover return freight unless the item is defective, wrong item sent, or damaged on arrival.

4. Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refund covers the product price and original delivery fee (standard delivery only). We will use the same payment method you used for checkout.

5. Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive defective, damaged or wrong clothing:

• Notify us within 14 days after delivery via email.
• We will arrange replacement or full refund. In this case, we bear the return shipping cost.
• EU statutory 2‑year legal warranty applies to manufacturing defects.

6. How to return

• Email us to inform withdrawal / return request
• Wait for our confirmation
• Send back the package
• Provide tracking number to our email
• After goods received and checked, refund is issued
